Parking and entrance instructions:

  • Park in the ground level lot behind the building or the parking garage, entrance is off Madison Ave
  • Use automatic doors located at the back center of the building for entrance

 Tuesday Extended Hours and Saturday Clinic:

  • Tuesday: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

The building’s main doors will be locked after 5:30 PM on weekdays and all day on Saturdays, please follow the instructions below for entrance:

  • Park in the ground level lot behind the building or the parking garage, entrance is off Madison Ave
  • Follow the signs to our back door located on the far left for entrance
